Over the course of 6 years, I have worked in various advertising agencies.
Driven by the challenge of strategic planning for different brands, I discovered a passion for storytelling in the development of campaign defenses for branding and product promotion. This experience led to a career shift focused on narratives, training design, and employer branding for the following 7 years. During this period, I also created the first storytelling and presentation design workshop, applied in companies such as Avon, Alpargatas, Bradesco, among others.
In addition to my experience in the corporate world, I also serve as a professor at ESQL-MBA USP, and I had the opportunity to be part of the Active Learning Methodologies course in postgraduate studies at the Instituto Singularidades.
In my most recent role as Head of Culture, Diversity, and Learning Development at Loft, I witnessed the power of storytelling as a tool to generate impact, strengthen employee and stakeholder experiences, and enhance the employer brand.
Currently, I am embarking on a new phase of life, focused on connecting communication and design skills with art. I have begun a practical learning period at Germana Monte-Mór's workshop, in addition to taking various courses on art history, illustration, and design, all in pursuit of my purpose to work with art and education.
Furthermore, I find inspiration in books, art, writing, and everyday experiences, using them as fuel to discover, learn, and create endless possibilities for content, storytelling, and design.
All of this is accompanied by a touch of good jazz, yoga, and the structure of my first poetry book.
